Service Description

The Lighthouse Business Tech Training Service is a specialized mentoring program designed to empower low-income entrepreneurs. This program focuses on equipping aspiring business owners with critical tech skills and knowledge essential for today's digital marketplace. Through one-on-one mentorship with experienced professionals, participants gain hands-on experience and personalized guidance in areas such as digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and social media management. This program aims to bridge the technological divide, offering low-income entrepreneurs the tools and support needed to launch and grow their businesses in a digitally-driven economy.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Scheduling Appointments: All services must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati website. Available slots will be shown in real-time. Clients are encouraged to book at least in advance to secure their preferred time. Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and details of the service. Please review this information carefully. Payment: For paid services, payment must be completed at the time of booking. Our website offers secure payment options. For free consultations, clients will have the option to donate voluntarily; however, this is not required to secure the booking. Preparation: For consultations and mentorship sessions, clients may be asked to provide relevant information or documents beforehand to maximize the effectiveness of the session. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the service cost, to compensate for the allocated time and resources. For free services, no fee will be charged, but clients are kindly asked to notify us as soon as possible to free up the slot for others. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Clients who no-show may be subject to a full service charge (where applicable) and may be restricted from making future bookings. Refunds For cancellations made within the permitted time frame, clients will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Waitlist Policy Availability: When booking slots are full, clients have the option to join a waitlist. Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone if a slot becomes available. The slot will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: Upon receiving a notification about an available slot, clients will have a specified timeframe to accept and confirm the booking. If the offer is not confirmed within this period, it will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. Moving Off the Waitlist: Clients are encouraged to check for cancellations regularly, as slots may become available outside of the waitlist notifications
