Tech It Easy is a hands-on, interactive 90-minute technology class designed specifically for senior living communities, adult day centers, and residential facilities. Our expert instructors guide participants through essential digital skills in a supportive, patient, and jargon-free environment. Whether your residents are absolute beginners or want to build confidence with their devices, Tech It Easy meets them where they are-helping them unlock the benefits of technology for communication, entertainment, and daily life. Customizable: We tailor each class to your residents’ interests, needs, and skill levels-no prior experience required! Practical & Relevant: We focus on skills seniors actually want and need, from video calling grandkids to managing health information online. Flexible Scheduling: Available for booking at your facility at a time that works for your residents and staff. Class Details Duration: 90 minutes Capacity: Up to 30 participants (smaller groups for more hands-on support) Format: On-site at your facility (we bring all teaching materials and handouts) Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices; facility tablets or laptops can be used as needed Instructor: Certified, background-checked, and experienced in senior technology education How To Sign Up: You must be a organization that carter to senior citizens such as a nursing home, assistant living etc.. You must have a computer lab/space if you are requesting computer classes Participants are encourage to have their own cell phones or devices for better learning but not mandatory. We have loaner cell phones and hand held devices. Schedule a class at your facility at a time that works for your residents and staff. Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
