About the Role

About the Role: The Project Manager plays a key role in moving Tech Time Cincinnati’s community and development initiatives forward. This volunteer will help manage active projects such as Harvest Heights, support required paperwork and planning, build relationships with community businesses and sponsors, and help oversee outside projects connected to third-party contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and help organize project activities from planning through completion.

  • Support major initiatives such as handling documentation, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Scout potential land and location opportunities connected to current or future projects.

  • Reach out to community businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and project support.

  • Assist with third-party projects and contracts by helping track deliverables, timelines, and communication.

  • Work closely with the Financial Support Specialist-Grant Writer on fundraising events and community initiatives.

  • Help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with Tech Time Cincinnati’s mission.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be a college student, recent graduate, or professional in education, project management or STEM field. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must be familiar with non-profit operations

  • Must live in Cincinnati. Applicants who have lived outside the state of Ohio within the past 7 years may have delayed or rejected applications.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage paperwork, timelines, outreach, and project coordination.

  • Comfortable working with community partners, sponsors, and external organizations.

  • CPR certification is a plus, though refresher training is provided.

Schedule and Commitment:

  • Training begins May 22, 2026.

  • Summer camp season runs June 3, 2026 through August 7, 2026.

  • Summer hours are Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Selected Fridays are free, though flexible schedules are available.

  • Start date depends on completion of onboarding, training, and background check verification.
