Absolutely no prior experience is required! Program Highlights & What You’ll Learn Earn Professional Industry Certificates: Participants have the opportunity to earn recognized digital literacy and design certificates to validate their new skills and boost their professional resumes. Learn to Fly Safely: Master the fundamentals of taking off, piloting, and landing a drone with patient, hands-on instruction from certified instructors. Rules of the Sky: Understand basic FAA regulations, how to identify no-fly zones, and essential safety guidelines for recreational flyers. Aerial Photography & Videography: Learn how to capture breathtaking, high-quality photos and videos from above, perfect for vacations, nature walks, or family events. Simple Photo Editing: Discover beginner-friendly software to edit, enhance, and share your aerial footage with friends and family. Smart Device Integration: Learn how to properly connect and sync your personal smartphone or tablet to the drone’s remote controller for a seamless flying experience. Why Join? Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
