Summer Explorer: Jump into our popular -2 week beginner explorer camp perfect for aspiring creators! Camp location: TTCF Education Building Check to see if your school is listed or call 513-443-5144 (Mon–Wed, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM) Extended Day Care: Available for an additional fee Take your summer to new heights with Drone Discovery! This camp is your launchpad into the exciting world of drones, aerial photography, and creative marketing. Learn how to safely pilot drones, capture stunning aerial footage, and turn your videos into eye-catching content for social media or business. Whether you’re a future filmmaker, tech enthusiast, or just love cool gadgets, Drone Discovery lets you see the world from a whole new angle. Learn to Fly: Get hands-on experience piloting drones with certified instructors and master safe flying techniques. Aerial Photography & Videography: Capture breathtaking photos and videos from above, then edit your footage using pro tools and AI enhancements. Create & Market: Turn your drone footage into awesome marketing videos, social media reels, or digital ads—perfect for budding entrepreneurs and content creators. Collaborative Projects: Team up with other campers to plan flight missions, share tips, and create group projects. Showcase Your Work: Present your best aerial creations at our end-of-camp showcase and get feedback from real audiences! Fly. Film. Create. Skip the upfront cost—spread your payments evenly across three months. Membership Benefits: Guaranteed placement in all NextGen AI camps Priority access to special events, guest speakers, and grant competitions Supportive environment for building friendships and tech skills Simplified registration and payment for busy families How to Enroll: Choose “NextGen AI Summer Membership” when registering, and your membership will be activated for the entire summer. Monthly payments are automatically billed. TIPS: - ALL NextGen AI camps are for students currently in 6th grade-12th grade - Students in the 2 week or Full Summer Pro camps are eligible for our business grants - Apply for a scholarship online or in person

Cancellation Policy

ENROLLMENT: Register at techtimecincinnati.net. Ages 13–18. Spot held after payment AND form in 24 hrs. Weekly payments Fridays; bi-weekly by request. Camps: AI Authors, Mobile App Launchpad, E-Store Entrepreneurs — Pro Full Day (Mon–Thurs 9AM–3PM), Pro Half Day (Mon–Wed 9AM–1PM), Explorer 2-Week. Scholarships (reduced or full): apply online; interview required. Eligibility: Ohio low-income, veteran dependent, or single parent with 3+ dependents. Cincinnati only. CANCELLATIONS: Cancel in writing 14+ days before start for 20% refund on unused weeks. No refunds after 14 days or conduct dismissals. HOURS: Doors 8:45; class 9 AM; core ends 1 PM. Full Day extended (1–3 PM) for MS included. Half Day extended: $75/occurrence. Late pickup after 3:15pm $75. Three+ absences may result in dismissal. Free Fridays (10AM–2PM): open lab. Film Fridays ($5): families welcome. Pre-Event Fridays: sign-up. CONDUCT: Respect all staff and peers. No bullying, harassment, or discriminatory language. Devices away in class. Discipline: verbal → written warning → parent conference → dismissal. Zero tolerance for violence, threats, or harassment. No refund for conduct dismissals. SAFETY: Two adults at all times. No one-on-one interactions behind closed doors. Released to authorized adults only. Custody docs on file before camp. MEDICAL: All staff CPR/First Aid certified. No on-site nurse. Health & Emergency Form required at registration. Emergencies: 911 immediately. Students bring own EpiPen. Staff cannot administer medications. TECHNOLOGY: Devices for program use only. Prohibited: unauthorized social media, cyberbullying, harmful content, harmful AI outputs, unauthorized purchases, sharing credentials. Violations may result in dismissal. Students liable for equipment damage. PHOTOGRAPHY: Enrollment authorizes TTC to photograph/video students for marketing and grants. Opt out via Photography Release on registration form. Images never sold or linked to personal info. AI & PRIVACY: AI for educational use only. No harmful, deceptive, or explicit content; no deepfakes; no personal info in public AI tools. AI use disclosed. Parental auth required under-18. LinkedIn for 16+ only. Data never sold. EVENTS: Field Trip ($25): permission form required. Networking Event and FAD public; vendors/investors pre-registered. FAD free prize drawing, no purchase required. Event fees non-refundable.
