Runs simultaneously with Youth Game Design Academy Sessions: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Location: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation Education Building Program Overview: Game On Generations is an innovative gaming camp specifically designed for seniors who want to connect with younger generations through video games. Running concurrently with our Youth Game Design Academy, this camp creates a unique opportunity for grandparents to learn gaming skills while their grandchildren are creating their own games just down the hall! The Perfect Intergenerational Experience: Imagine this: While your grandchild designs their own video game in our Youth Game Design Academy, you'll be mastering the controllers, understanding gaming platforms, and learning to play popular titles. By the end of camp, you'll be ready to play and appreciate the game your grandchild created-opening new avenues for connection, conversation, and shared experiences. Cancellation Policy
How to Enroll: All classes and camps must be booked through the Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation website. Available sessions and time slots are displayed in real time. Advance Booking: We recommend enrolling as early as possible to secure your preferred session. Some programs may fill quickly. Confirmation: After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. Payment: For paid programs, full payment is required at the time of enrollment via our secure online payment system. Memberships and scholarship programs may have other payment options. Preparation: For certain classes or mentorship sessions, you may be asked to provide relevant information or complete pre-camp assignments to enhance your learning experience. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your enrollment up to 14 days before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the program fee to cover reserved resources and staffing. For free programs, no fee is charged, but we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to others. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class or camp without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows for paid programs will be charged the full program fee and may be restricted from future bookings. Refunds: For eligible cancellations made within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Program Cancellation by Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation: Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session you are enrolled in, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of A full refund of the program fee paid. Transferring your enrollment to another available session at no additional charge.
